Perhaps a greater altruistic innovation would see the product of publicly funded research publications available to the public, rather than publishers. MOOCs perhaps maximise their consumer base, whilst access to innovative disciplinary knowledge will only be available to privileged institutional and corporate communities

This sounds like a business assumption one tends to believe in not to loose faith. At least the media coverage make you believe that something is going on, but how to sell this to the majority of teachers? We need some straight forward examples of the goodies that come with this evaluation. |
