Wish this area was moving as quickly as our need - which it's not!
It is really interesting that organizations are not only using social media to reach out to their consumers, but they are also using this as a medium to find out what their consumers are thinking and what they want. IBM's development of a psycho-linguistic product to analyze a Twitter users personality is very cool.
