It's amazing to see how far zoom has come. It's quite impressive how much of a global impact it made. Some companies never realize flaws in their product and never make the appropriate changes. "That was the big aha moment,” as stated in the article by zoom board member Santi Subotovsky. They realized once their product got national attention by a tweet about their application being used in a cabinet meeting. They were quick to notice security flaws and were quick to act. accordingly
