My students use Newsela for any current events and informative reports that they are assigned to. They are very familiar with it because our librarian implements it in her weekly library routine. I have observed that it is probably the least favorite from the other platforms that we provide for reading. None the less, students get into it because of how they can change it to the level that they are comfortable with.Â
