Training and access to the tools wouldn't hurt either! I'm still on XP at my college..only a few classrooms have Windows 7..I have Windows 7 at home so I can help my online students ..

Definately a different perspective.  Listening to the media you would think that none of the teachers want to work with the technology at all.
