This past weekend, friends and allies of all ages came together at Chase Palm Park to celebrate diversity and the LGBTQ community at this year’s Pacific Pride Festival. The theme of this year’s festival, “Stand with Stonewall,” pays homage to the 50th anniversary of Greenwich Village riot that galvanized the birth of the modern LGBT movement. The free, all-day event featured multiple performances from local artists, and of course, ecstatic performances from drag queens.
