Podcasts! This is information that we can listen to. This makes it appealing to all those auditory learners. My husband in particular loves his podcasts and is always listening to his favourite topics from his iphone!

This blog entry shares about the benefits of podcasts for instructors. I would also suggest Stitcher as a good podcast app for your mobile devices. If your interested in social work issues, then subscribe to the UB School of Social Work podcast, inSocialWork (www.inSocialWork.org).

odcasts can serve a crucial role in preparing your students for the future and helping their learning to be meaningful.

Sound like things you’re looking for? You’re in the right place.

Plus, you (and your students) can create them for FREE in very little time.

A podcast is kind of like a radio show in your pocket. Podcasts are audio recordings that can be downloaded to a phone, played on a computer or streamed on a device.

Today's world is filled with technology. Some of these technology is easy to use and effective in delivering a motive. I think that technology software or even website like Youtube can help students learn. Teachers and students can be more connected through technology and teachers can better depict the lessons to students through videos. However technology can also post as a problem for nontechnology-savvy students. They may spend a large amount of time trying to figure out how to use the technology. There can be a chance of time wasting for some students. However, if the software or APP selected is easy to use and there is guidance provided to students, technology can be used in teaching and learning.
