Luxair, Luxembourg's national airline, has been named #1 airline in the world following eDreams’ international survey, the results of which have just been published.
Luxair received the highest mark this year with 4.11 out of 5. eDreams’ clients gave Luxair the highest marks for their in-flight services, clean and modern aircraft and VIP airport lounges. Users value the services flight attendants offer and the online check-in process.
One of the eDreams' customers, Zoe, commented on the good service that Luxair offered and left a review that said “On the flight to Luxembourg everybody was very nice and helpful. I travelled as a wheelchair case, so this was very important for me.”
