Une famille qatarie vient de déposer une offre ferme pour racheter le portail immobilier luxembourgeois Immotop.

 

Nous sommes bien loin des montants mirobolants des acquisitions qataries de 2011: 1.050 millions d’euros pour KBL, 657 pour 90 % de la BIL, 100 pour 35 % de Cargolux. L’acquisition du site d’annonces immobilières immotop.lu coûtera à ses acquéreurs, une riche famille de l’émirat du Golfe Persique, autour de 1,2 million d’euros. Aussi minime soit-il, l’investissement indique que les Qataris gardent un œil sur les projets luxembourgeois.

Ministers allay fears over Qatarlux deal


Cargolux to remain majority owned by Luxembourg

 

Luxembourg's air freight firm will remain, for the large part, in Luxembourg hands, ministers announced at emergency talks on Monday.

 

According to trade union delegations from the OGB-L and the LCGB, 65% of Caroglux will continue to be owned by Luxembourg-based entities.

It was announced on Tuesday morning that Precision Capital, a Qatari-backed investment group, will acquire 90% of Dexia BIL. The Luxembourg government is taking the other 10% in a deal which values the stricken bank at 730 million euros.
