This is a brilliant resources. It shows the significance of models like responsibility theory and how they are effective in engaging students. When students are responsible for their learning they have many outcomes. This can be implemented through the responsibility where students feel in control of their education and responsible for it.

I wonder how many people could actually read the report and comment it since it seems to be only available to paying members... I went through the whole registering process until dead end of "Sorry for the inconvenience, this item is available to members only"... quite frustrating :((

While technology with the purpose to educate often gains due attention, a widely overlooked sub-section is that of teaching future generations how to create such technology. With the rapidly growing influence technology has over the human race, in order to progress this further, future generations must be able to understand and build upon prior developments, making these basic educational tools vital in introducing the fundamentals of how technology works to accommodate the increasing interest in this field.
