This clip comes from "What the Bleep" which is uses entirely pseudo-scientific explanations of quantum physics to justify a self-help program. Dr. Joe Dispenza is a chiropractor, not a neuroscientist. Although some of his claims may be valid, he is far from qualified to talk on this subject.

What role does your brain play in the pursuit and handling of money? Brian Knutson, a neuroscientist, studies the brain as it relates to money. Knutson uses special MRI images in his experiments while people are handling money. One thing he’s found is that when cash is offered to someone, dopamine is released in the nucleus accumbens, a part of the brain that is involved in reward and addiction. A study of cocaine addicts finds that they have abnormalities in areas of the brain involved in self-control. And these abnormalities appear to predate any drug abuse.
